Got a couple of Dr Pepper caps, saw the EA redeem thing, went through all the hoops online with the Dr Pepper webpage, redeemed the code, it gave me a link to http://social.biowar...fect2/drpepper  to download my ME2 gear, but on that page it just shows a bunch of stuff for Dragons Age 2. And no amount of navigation takes me to a page with the ME2 DLC from the caps.

I found no way to actually email EA to support, it kept sending me here.

Nothing anyone on these forums can do to help, as its all user to user support here. You have to contact EA support.

All dlc that has been unlocked for all your games will be at the above link.  There isn't too my knowledge any special additional link to get to more dlc other than that for DA:O, ME2, and DA2.  My Dr. Pepper gear for ME2 is at that link for my account, so I don't know why they added the ME2/DRPepper part to the end of the link they gave you.  

If you have redeemed codes and not recieved the stuff at the above link, then you would have to talk to EA or Dr. Pepper at their help sites.

As far as getting help from EA, you go to the EA website, log in, probably have to log in again using the button on the upper right then it will allow you to contact them.
