Well, I haven't checked the Overlord package yet, but the Kasumi DLC executable seems to contain the DLC for Zaeed based on what the installer is telling me.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Did you download it at the same time as Zaeed, or did you already have Zaeed, and you have just recently downloaded Kasumi?
Either way, clear your cache, disable any download managers you have active, and try to redownload it again.

Nope. I have both, and they're both correct.

Very strange.
I ended up extracting the contents of the .exe and manually installing the file.
For some reason, the installer would keep extracting and copying Zaeed's DLC files, but I don't see how that's possible (Zaeed files shouldn't be in ME2_Kasumi or ME2_Overlord...).
No matter now.

I've seen a few other instances reported where one installer will trigger the installation of a different DLC. Manual installation (see the FAQ for a few links on the subject) should still work. (Edit: We crossposted.
Glad to hear that worked.)
Though if you want to figure out what's actually causing this (I'd certainly be curious
) so that you can maybe use the installers, I'd say the first thing to do is use Windows Search to scan your hard drive(s) for instances of the Zaeed DLC. A folder name like "DLC_HEN_VT" or a file name like "Textures_DLC_HEN_VT.tfc" might lead you to whatever installation cache is being called on.
