The 360 update seems to be just fine. My husband and I both updated our XBoxes last night, and neither of us noticed anything weird or unusual.
I'm a little sad, another poster said he saw a horse fall out of the sky right after the patch, but I think his was the PC version.

for the XBL people, you know you dont have to download the update right.you will just be kicked offline untell you dashboard or download it.i havent had the issues ive been using resistent items and there working for me

Been playing for several hours now with the patch installed, and I haven't run into any problems whatsoever. So far, so good.

I had a quest fail on me but I don't know if that was the patch's fault. "The Number's Job" quest was failed because it says I was taken to jail even though I wasn't.
