Hi people!

I'm having troubles to install my pc copy of ME.
I can't play it because it says that  "reached the limit of activation" WTF!!??
So I tried uninstalling the game and installing it again, but I have the same problem, also...I tried that tool of EA to deauthorize my activation key to re-use it again, but that doesn't work either because it says that I don't have any activation code. more WTF?!

So, what's next?...Do I need to go to the store and buy another copy of ME to be able to play the game again?...:(
I hope someone could help me, because ME1 is my favourite game in the galaxy!!

Oh and please, don't tell me to call the support of somewhere or something, because I live in Chile (southamerica for those that don't know where the hell in the map is the country and as usual in here we don't have call support for anything).

Nevermind, I fixed it by myself (with a crack), this is outrageous Bioware and EA, now I'm going to play a original game like a goddamned pirate. Thanks!

Unfortunately ME1 was infected with Securom, and I think you happened to reach the limit of your activations :(

I would still say you should call EA support and make them give you new key

yeah, but calling them I could probably spend the same amount of money for a new copy of ME. ¬¬
But I'll check this topic later, maybe someone from Bioware or EA can help me...in the meanwhile I'll have to play with the crack.
Hell knows that I might not get a permanent solution ever EVER!!

Isn't the tech support phone number toll free?

Its only toll free for those inside the US. Here in Australia, its $2.95/minute to talk to Australian based EA tech support. Ripoff, and another reason why EA get such a bad name for customer service.

That said, you can login onto the help section of the website, and either use email, or live chat, to log the issue, and get them to resolve it. They will simply reset the counter.
Although, I do the same as OP, and use a crack.
