"Cheesy" as in "cringe-worthy launchers of a thousand facepalms"? Definitely the line about saving the soul of the species when blowing up the Collector Base. Some other ones that come when confronting the big bads, like the one Kaiser mentioned when talking to Sovereign. 

"Cheesy" as in "this shouldn't be funny or awesome, AND YET IT IS"? Honestly, I think every other line out of Shepard's mouth qualifies. Garrus and Wrex are also pros at this.
