Bioware, can we have more Asari characters in ME3 please? IMO, the Asari squadmembers were some of the coolest of the bunch. I'd like to see more Asari like Samara and Morrigan, ideally as squadmembers.

And no. I for one would not want to see more. I've already had enough of this 'Asari' thing. There's already so many in the game as minor characters. I am a tad sick of them.

I would rather more of the minor races myself. Especially hanar, we were screwed out of hanar in ME2.

Yeah, that made me really sad.

There was a lack of interactable NPCs in ME2 in general.

Hmm I'd add that I want to see asari do more asari-specific things. I was thinking of Samara and I realized she's the only asari that acts like something other than a blue human female. Every other asari character (including Liara) acts just like a human, has human jobs and human values (I'm not counting Morinth, she's just a space vampire). I guess more asari culture should be on the menu.

In ME1 on the Citadel and Illium in ME2 there are plenty of Asari, interactable ones as well. In fact, there are more Asari than any other race in the game (aside from humans.)

I would rather have more Hanar, Elcor, Turians, Salarians, Drell, Krogan, Raloi, Yahg, Volus, Keepers, Protheans etc.

Asari got LOADS more screentime than any of these.

I want to see Thessia blow up from orbit. And I want single Shepard to be able to to have sex with Gianna Parasini while enjoying the vista.

The only Asari that's remotely cool in my book is Shiala, because she's purple/green and she's the sexiest specimen.

As props or extras? Really what can we get from that besides "Here are a bunch of asari"? And why are you naming nearly every other species in the galaxy as something you'd rather have? That's just off-topic. I sincerely hope this doesn't go the route of certain fan threads "Oh, x is more popular than my favorite, I sure don't like that x!" like x is tripping your favorite on their way to the spotlight and the insecurity in the auditorium is enough to give even Steven Seagal pause.

If you want more of x, say "I want more x" in the appropriate place. This is just a waste of space.

I have favorites other than humans, but I won't derail the thread. Tasha's opinion is valid. She thinks there are a enough Asari characters in Mass Effect. Whereas I think there are too many and that they need to be brought down a rung or 10 as a species.

Smug sense of superiority hidden behind subtle diplomacy, philosophy, and brain sex. I really hope Thessia being glassed is a mandatory plot occurrence in ME3.

I'm OK with asari characters. I don't like their treatment in the ME universe though. I hate how much it's assumed through the game that everybody thinks they are so sexy, like what Genesis comic says about Liara being "like all asari, as smart as she was beautiful" when I've seldom seen an asari that is particularly smart past Liara or particularly beautiful past the councilor (who happens to be a moron, so so much for the "as smart" thing).

Or the one dude at the Illium bachelor party who's like "everyone loves asari!!!" Not to mention, the Consort.

Frankly, I typically found them pretty plain.

Unlikely. The destruction of whole planets as a mandatory thing doesn't seem to fit.

Also, I really wanted to punch Gianna for that line. Or at least say something sharp to her.
