Unlikely. The destruction of whole planets as a mandatory thing doesn't seem to fit.
Also, I really wanted to punch Gianna for that line. Or at least say something sharp to her.
Not really unlikely since Palaven appears to be getting glassed (unfortunately) like Earth by the beginning of ME3. Too early to tell my orgasmic, asari-loving friend.
And to the second point, that's precisely why I like her. She loves nailing Asari, so ageless and superior -- then she gets them and they squeal like schoolgirls.

They're by far the most interesting council race, but I want to see more elcor, hanar and volus too.
No they aren't. They're monogendered space courtesans with political clout. Hardly interesting. Fan servicey maybe.

No. I was just saying that I don't understand why someone is wanting Asari to have more 'screentime,' when they are in fact the alien race with the most 'screentime.' So no, it isn't off topic.CrutchCricket wrote...
As props or extras? Really what can we get from that besides "Here are a bunch of asari"? And why are you naming nearly every other species in the galaxy as something you'd rather have? That's just off-topic. I sincerely hope this doesn't go the route of certain fan threads "Oh, x is more popular than my favorite, I sure don't like that x!" like x is tripping your favorite on their way to the spotlight and the insecurity in the auditorium is enough to give even Steven Seagal pause.Tasha vas Nar Rayya wrote...
In ME1 on the Citadel and Illium in ME2 there are plenty of Asari, interactable ones as well. In fact, there are more Asari than any other race in the game (aside from humans.)
I would rather have more Hanar, Elcor, Turians, Salarians, Drell, Krogan, Raloi, Yahg, Volus, Keepers, Protheans etc.
Asari got LOADS more screentime than any of these.

It's not the most satisfying screentime. And other races have nothing to do with it. It's not a competition. Thus talking about them here is off topic. Not that it seems to matter...

if you are Paragon in 1 and spare Shiala, i want her to be a crew member (a green asari is at least unique, and shes the only living person other then shepard with the cipher, and the only one indoctrinated by a reaper who got better, theres potential there) and if you killed her, replace her with another asari.
if not a asari, i would like a Vorcha, Batarian, another Krogan, Kal Reeger (he was awesome), a Redneck biotic (.......for some reason this idea amuses me (if we MUST have ANOTHER human, this would be a good one)), or someone who isn't Human, Turian, or Asari (we have enough of them between the 2 games i think)

In that case, I agree with the OP that Samara and Morinth should be featured more. They are two of my favourite Asari. Along with Tela Vasir, but it may be quite difficult to get her into ME3 somehow...

Hire me!
Anyway I hated Vasir. Everything about her annoyed me. Then the game robbed me of the ability of killing her myself.
But back on topic, if we visit Thessia, hopefully we'll see some of the culture and not just "here are some busted alien buildings that you can shoot some husks in"

I mean, Asari were the first on the galactic scene (well, in terms of after the last Reaper harvest 50,000 years ago.) And they must have gotten there somehow. In fact, I would quite like a Matriarch companion in the next game just for the centuries of wisdom and information regarding the history of Asari.
Matriarch Aethyta would be perfect

And to that person who said Tela Vasir was one of their favorite asari, I totally agree. The Shadow Broker DLC could have been so much more epic (read: plot twisty) if there was an option to save Vasir and kill Liara, opting to take her on as a squaddie/possible LI and keeping the current Shadow Broker in power.

...Yeah, not sure how you can justify that narratively.to save Vasir and kill Liara

I admit, it would be pretty difficult. Maybe Vasir, as an agent of the Broker, promises Shepard any intel he needs ever at no cost. After all, at that part of the mission, Shepard didn't know Liara would be able to take control of the Broker's operations and gain access to all of his information. A Renegade Shep would decide it's too valuable to pass up for the purpose of defeating the Reapers, and is sorry Liara had to die for it. And, like with Samara and Morinth, Shepard would realize Vasir is just as, if not more, powerful than Liara and could be a powerful ally. (Seriously, imagine two Charging Vanguards on the team)Random Nobody wrote...
