Oh I know. There are gamers like that out there though.

Today, it is more "I don't own Dance Central 2" that proves your status.

I am a terrible gamer (except at Worms Armageddon, maybe), and I finished ME2 in hardcore (after a lot of deaths though), so I guess it is not an extremely difficult game. But it has a challenging difficulty, you don't feel despair when you die. It can be relaxing even if you play in "Hardcore" or "Insanity", because the story makes you forget the sweat on your hands. Is it the same for GoW3 ? Haven't tried it yet.
I recently heard of something called "Dark Souls", supposed to be the hardest game of the year, hands down, and maybe the hardest of the last decade.



...BTW, when I read the topic, I thought it was comparing ME3 with God of War 3.

I'd say that's just because you can take like two shots before you die, which I don't think is the best way of making a more difficult game.

Mass Effect has characters that are more than emotionally stunted meatheads and an interesting world.

This already makes it better than GOW.
