Sitcoms are okay, but in the past couple years they've been going downhill.

As far as sports shows go, I don't really care one way or the other.I'm not a huge sports fan but at least they talk about sports. The only one I will watch if I catch it is Inside The NBA because Charles Barkley tells it like it is on all different topics plus he and the hosts are funny.

I don't like most reality tv shows. The only ones (which are very few) that I will watch are either on Food Network or survival shows like Survivorman, Man vs Wild or Dual Survival which are educational. In my opinion, ever since reality shows got wildy popular, the quality of tv programming declined dramatically.
I can't wait until a cable company let's us choose the channels we want instead of getting 200 channels of bullsh!t that consist of people either busting their butts doing dumb stuff or b!tching about a guy leaving them because they're a drunken hot mess. <_<

Most sitcoms are bad. I guess you could classify It's Always Sunny as a Sitcom and I love that. But it's so different from anything on network.

I don't understand sports. The only one I can get into is fighting and I hardly ever watch it.

Reality tv is the bane of our existence.

TV for the most part reflects the sad state of our society today. I can't remember the last time I sat down in front of the tube and spent the night watching. Once in awhile I'll watch the Food Channel or maybe Discovery or NGC. Last year I really got into "The Walking Dead" but I just couldn't be bothered this season. I personally think that if Jesus Christ came back for the Second Comming, he'd see the unbelievable crap on prime time TV and realize how degenerate we've become, puke and say to his father, "F*ck 'em , they're on their on their own now" and go back to wherever he came from.

no interest in sports so I avoid sports shows
Sitcoms are varied -some great, some good, some awful, mostly just dull
reality TV ..hard to say what is defined as such..a lot is utterly terrible (anything amounting to a popularity contest falls into that label), talent contests are variable, other things can be good depending on the theme so I can watch things like the Apprentice or one series of people being trained as spies

Yeah!.  Then we would need new reality shows.  Maybe something like America's Next Top Messiah or Survivor: The Holy Land... ~shrugs~

Sitcoms: Check. Loathe them.

Reality tv: Check. Find them rubbish.

Sports shows: Huh... not really. Ten years ago, I loved them. Now I can still enjoy them in small doses.
