Spider-Man the 90's version. Dragon Ball Z back when ToonAmi was still around. I was in the 5th or 6th grade beating the snot out of other kids thinking I was Piccolo.

As far as series go I think Code Geass was the best I've ever seen.

edit: Spirited Away for anime pictures and Finding Nemo for Western animation.

Forgot to mention one that still hasn't made the list so far in the topic:

It was quirky and down-to-earth as a cartoon. Good times.

I never quite got into Doug it was a pretty dull cartoon though it had the few decent episodes. Always felt the same way about Recess and Dexters Lab too. Now and again they'd stumble on gold and make a great episode and then 10 episodes of boredom would follow.

I will not list every cartoon I ever enjoyed. Suffice it to say many of them were listed already, and I feel it goes against the spirit of the original question. For that reason I'm also excluding anime.

So my top three are...

Justice League/Justice League Unlimited
Jem
Avatar: The Last Airbender

Ronin Warriors

Forgot about Ronin Warriors.  I only caught the end when it was on Cartoon Network.  When I was in Georgia for some training, I could have bought the complete collection, but I was unsure whether I wanted to pay the 150-200 bucks.  It was all in english too.

The entire series and the OVAs too.  I regret it now. :(

Currently the only cartoon I watch is My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.

Growing up though I watched Tom and Jerry, Looney Tunes, and a bunch of others. Too many to name.
