Um, you're about a week or so late. The big beta test weekend was last weekend.
There is a much smaller beta test happening this weekend but that's by invite only from what I understand and you have to have already taken part in one of the presvious beta weekends or been a general tester to even have a look in.
If you want to play TOR you're going to have to wait until its out like the rest of us.
