My boyfriend recently bought me Mass Effect (I played the second one on PS3) on Steam. When I installed it and everything it didn't work, so I came here looking for an answer. I have already installed the patch, which didn't do a thing for it. I went on Canyourunthis? and it said it would work fine. I am very confused as to what to do. Any advice would be appreciated!
Mass Effect on Steam isn't running?

Okay, I looked up that you have to run Steam as admin, but how do you do that? And how do you run Mass Effect on admin?

Did you install the patch through Steam or manually? Steam often doesn't install the patch properly for some reason.

1. Do not Shout in here.
2. Be certain you know where you are in the Social site's forums.
The first sticky tells you where you are, but Priestly is seldom in attendance. No one from Bioware is. That sticky tells that, as well.
3. The sticky starting with "How to Report" describes what to do, if you have a technical problem with your hardware or software, not including the Social Web Site's software.
(Edit, the next day. You have splashed the same sort of thing across a dozen message threads, all annoyingly typed as shouting screaming unpleasant spam. Perhaps you should just go away.)
