I can't find how to download the Bonus soundtrack, digital art book, comic and video from my Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe Edition any idea how can download that content?

It should be available on your EA account in the client which you used to download the digital deluxe version. (was called EA Download Manager at the time if I remember correctly) But I think it is called Origin now so you might have to download, install and login through that and it might popup as available to your account for download. As for digital deluxe version on steam I have no idea, usually you can right click on the game in your games list for some options.
