How do I access any of the downloadable content?
It says I entered in successfully, how do I download it?

Look under your avatar to the left <==
Hover over the PROFILE tab to expand it and look for YOUR REGISTERED GAME CONTENT.
click your content to go to the page with all your unlocked dlc for DAO, DA2, and ME2. Click the link, to download, then click the exe to install, and then ingame make sure you connect to your account here with the same email and password to authorize the DLC.
For the easy time this time, here is the link............... social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php
