I do believe they are DC Direct, I recall seeing these in prototype form. Maybe DC Direct learned a lesson from the first wave of figures, then again, maybe not.

The question on everybody's mind is "are they by DC Direct?" And if so, what assurances do we have this this wont be like the last batch? I'm happy with the quality of the figurines, but having to spend 80 bucks nearly a year in advance for them was entirely off-putting.

If it is, it isn't on DC Direct's site. Considering the Bioware Store is also doing another presale with the same ship dates for Series 1 as with Series 2....I'm going to put my money on it being DC Direct again.

Now I know why they showed back up on Things From Another World. I pre-ordered Series 1 long ago only to cancel after the multiple delays and the fact that Series 2 seemed to disappear. I assumed they were canned. If they are truly back and not by DC Direct, then I may jump back on this train. Or, if anything I will at least buy the Garrus action figure. Not sure right now.
