There have been a thousand different "Radeon" devices since about 2000, when ATI started using that name, so, naturally, no one here being clairvoyant, we can't answer you.

A real card is a definite requirement, with a GPU on it from AMD or nVIDIA. Your onboard chipset video chip is inadequate, sorry, and I also swear that I've already answered you on that. Incidentally, the several HD video chips in that series, the 3100 and 3200, certainly, were the first time any IGP came as close to a relatively current real graphics card's performance as had ever happened following the jump from 2D to 3D back a dozen years ago. The 3200 was just about as good as the HD 2400 Pro had been the year before.
Not saying that the HD 2400 Pro was anything to hold up as a good example, for anything other than its very low cost, and resulting low price.
