The game would be unplayable with that sort of graphics solution. It might not even run at all, as that sort of hardware is likely to not be 'detected' by the game. It's not even a proper graphics "card" as you say it. Sorry, but you'd need a better machine to do Dragon Age any justice.

Well my brother has that graphics card and he can play it on graphics on high and texture on high and the resolution i dont remember but it wasnt a low one. it runs pretty good theres only lag in some areas like the attack on redcliff but it was not a major lag.

The HD 6310 number is for the graphics functions that are part of one of the slower AMD APUs. Like some of the Sandy Bridge onboard graphics, both of them apparently can use some of the cache RAM and run faster than "normal" for an onboard video device, however, it's pretty weak sauce anyway. There are much better APUs with far better graphics performance built into them available than that one.the grey warden33 wrote...

I suspect that the CPU core speed will be another problematic aspect with this one.

Then you've done quite well. My experience with a 63xx anything and Dragaon Agro (with details and textures at high) has been very poor. If it runs well for you, enjoy and have fun.

Be mindful of heat on the laptop and graphics card. DAO is known to push systems and since laptops can't deal well with heat, you may cook your machine if you aren't careful. You may want to have a temp monitor program running, auxiliary cooling system/pad or simply not play for longer than 30-45 minutes without cutting the machine off. Long play will greatly shorten the life of your machine.

If the producer follows the tech references that AMD issues with their APUs, those are designed to generate a relatively low heat signature, even under fairly heavy use, unlike most of Intel's Sandy Bridge processors (but the CPU cores are also running at a lower performance level than those in a Sandy Bridge).
