Anyway about the Anders/Justice thing then Anders on rival path says that Vengance took over and Anders on friendship path says that it was both Anders and Justice.
As for wherever he was right or wrong, you should know that I am very pro-mage,anti-chantry and agrees with Anders before i continue, thus the following is opinions:
The chantry is not innocent, the templars are at this point still the army of the chantry and Elthina is responsible for Meridith and does nothing which makes her guilty of almost criminal neglect. The chantry is a military instution which makes the building something more than a civilian target.
As for terror. Well that word has a different meaning today than it does in Anders time-frame, espically to us who are on the recieving end of it, but as I see it diplomacy doesn't work for the mages as they have no bargain ground at all. They have to break free and all at once or it would not have succedeed and to do that Anders had to create at fight or die situation for the mages. It is not Kirkwall mages he wants to fight, it is all mages in all circles. The proverb: One man's freedom fighter is another man's terrorist' comes to mind.
Yes, I can see your argument. And I agree with you. The Templars are the chantry army, and Elthina did nothing to stop it.
Case closed. Let's not talk about it anymore.
