The Shard is an extra character for the Collector's edition.
Input key from the box...I got nothing.
There is a bonus adventure for the Collector's edition.

I am registered on ea, dragonage and bioware.
I have a dragonage player account.
This site tracks my achievements, characters,etc...but it appears all the information is ONE WAY.
I'd appreciate a FAQ.
Could someone please post a step by step FAQ on getting in game bonus items?

Under your Downloadable Content tab there isn't anything at all showing up under Downloaded or installed?
