Hello,
I've just installed ME2
on my PC with all DLCs there are and now each time I start new game
all crew members are unlocked from beginning (except Kasumi – as
for her I can only see her dossier).
Is this well know bug and if yes – is
there any way it can be fixed? (order in which DLCs should be
installed?).

1st I have heard of it.
If you have Steam copy, then verify integrity, if other then reinstall.
If that doesn't fix, come back and repost. Make sure you delete your saves and bioware folder out of documents file.

Thanks mcsupersport, reinstalling everything fixed the issue. I wonder how it was even possible and what could have happen if I have took Garrus and Mordin on a mission to find them :-)

I have modded saves to let me have guys early, and they work just fine, but one or the other is invisible during cutscenes with both. Made for a funny scene recruiting Legion to have him along.
