I don't think Tali can have children from any other than a Quarian. If not stated otherwise I'd assume cross species sex does not produce offspring. Also I really wouldn't want to know what a human-quarian halfbreed looks like. But I would actually like to see Liara's blue little kids. At least in the epilogue.

My biggest question about ME kids is, if they're interspecies and/or interlingua, how the hell do they learn to speak? Do the parents just give the kid a translator and flip a coin to decide what language base it should use?

Unless tali and shep adopt a quarian and human child, no they can not have kids, their basic amino acids are opposites of each other and will not allow a quarian/human hybrid. I'm hoping and praying that bioware doesn't pull out a "reaper tech" explanation for if they let it happen. I had my main shep mance tali and don't want that, leave the "family" endings to each individual's imaginations.

So to reiterate, unless the kids are adopted, it is not possible. NO reaper tech please!

Simple answer: Yes, since ME-Unverse is fictional, Bioware can decide that it is possible.

Maybe the Reapers made a Shepard-LI-Hybrid for some of those reasons which we wont understand and you have to save him/her from the reapers or something like that.
