 Its not a huge deal, but something did happen to Bethany's Bloodline Staff.  I had equiped it to her for whenever I got to use her in DLCs (Legacy and Mark of the Assassin) but after Mark of the Assassin, I forgot to unequiped it from her and now when I meet her in Lowtown during The Last Straw quest she appears with her Grey Warden staff instead of the Bloodline even though I sold her default staff.  She also had her accessories equipped, but those didn't disappear.  Again, not a big deal, it just really frustrated me that I lost her best staff.
