I have a campaign folder (about 50mb), a module folder (700mb), and a .hak (about 200-300 mb). Should I split the .hak into several or just make it one big download.

I prefer downloading everything at once, saves tedious clicking time on the vault page and decompressing etc.

The only reason I'd split things is to try to keep each file below the 25Mb threshold, so you can upload them to the vault without too much fuss.
Judging by your file sizes though, I'd say the 25Mb ship has well and truly sailed.
