Im thinking of selling off mass effect 2 collectors edition pc game im wondering if i delete this account will the buyer of my game be able to download the content for this game on a different account?

No expert on this...think I read somewhere that DLC is way for the companies to counteract that 2nd hand market...so, I'd say "No" to your question...the DLC is tied to your account and the company would rather someone pay full price for the game to access the DLC...they get no money when a trader sells a game 2nd hand. Not sure how I feel about that...probably against it...in fact, I'd rather that this all material was on the disc to start with!
