Im curious here, because I've been looking around for a solution for a while and have yet to see anything remotely informative to my needs, so here I am

Question: Can I use a pre-created model/texture/npc character and use mod it in so that my PC assumes the appearence/combat voice / textures of said pc.

simply put: Can I alter my PC / saved game to allow my character to appear as the desire demon or lady of the forest, if so, how?

I've been looking for model replacement for primary character for quite a while and found nothing, hoping someone has an answer

I actually recently started bugging around the toolset and if you set the value to a different number when you open up a savegame, you can change into random models; Random, as i do not have a list of corresponding models.

So that would mean that if I remove the hair and such, and alternate the number (to whichever one is either of the two im after) i should be able to basically have them as my character?



Can I ask which header am I looking for to change said numbers btw?

Okay, open your character's savegame with the toolset,

+SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR->

+SAVEGAME_PLAYERCHAR_CHAR->

+SAVEGAME_APPEARENCE->

+SAVEGAME_APPEARENCE_TYPE



Now set the number to the right of that. If i could ONLY FIND THE NUMBERS THAT RELATE TO MODELS!



Pick a random number, im not sure how high they go, to be safe for experiment try like, 20, or 5.

The Dryad is number 75

Desire Demon (succubus) is number 24, you can find them in the APR_base, in program files/dragon age/tools/source/2DA.



But her run animation is annoying, and she has no animations for weapon use either >< - she just hits them.

I personally think someone needs to get off their arse and make a Playable Demons mod that lets you play as any type of demon (or any other kind of NPC) within their bounds. I already put out a request, but the thread seems to have vanished.

It also doesn't help that the search function for the forums is still broken.

There are a few shapeshifting mods that add demons to the list of forms.
