Rescued Ashley for most Male playthroughs, Kaidan for 1 Female playthrough
Saved Wrex
Saved Council
Picked Andersen
Spared Rachni Queen
Saved cure
Rewrote Heretic geth

For renegade all my choices are opposite except I have yet to kill Wrex on a playthrough.. just can't get my self doing it.  Also Andersen is always alive whether i'm paragon or renegade... thats how much i hate Udina

Did you save or blow up the collector base?
I always blow it up.
rescue kaiden or ashley?

Both and neither. I have a playthrough where I romanced Kaiden and saved him. One where I killed him. Same goes for Ash. And in the ones where I LI'd Liara, I've left Kaiden once and Ash once.

save wrex or kill wrex?

Always save him. Haven't ever had a playthrough where I wasn't able to convince him.

save council or not?
I've let the DA blow and saved the council in equal measure.

pick anserson or udina afterwards?
Always Anderson. I loathe politicians.

Kill or spare rachni queen?
I've always spared her. Since there was no evidence the rachni were a conquering horde before the 'souring' of the song, I couldn't justify re-annihilation of a sentient species.

saving or destroying the genophange?
Always save the cure.

rewriting or destroying the heretic geth?

So far, I rewrite them because of the slim majority vote for rewriting. I'm thinking about destroying them this playthrough.
