First I thought you got influenced by "Band of Brothers" - since I don't know "The Pacific" and the looks / cuts are quite similar.
I love that it looks as if everything happened already and is history - it's entirely different from all the other awesome trailers. This one -feels- like part of our own universe, it feels -NOT- Sci Fi anymore.

Ah forget what I've said - "The Pacific" is the new BoB. I know only the old one with Winters & co.
