Brought the game a few weeks ago new. And after I use the Redemption Code, download and install the Cerberus Network DLC, I cannot find the Arc Projector in Weapon Locker.

I then go to Citadel, purchase some stuffs, go back to Normandy SR 2 and still Arc Projector is not in Weapon Locker. I further go to Playstation Network and re-download and re-install the DLC and still no Arc Projector when I visit the Weapon Locker.

What am I missing here? I have received the email from The Illusive Man that Arc Projector is available, but when I go to the Weapon Locker, I never see it...

Any help is appreciated...
