I want to make Justice a mage, so he can use Soulbound for +100% spirit damage. He will deal double damage, because his spirit warrior talent turns all his damage into spirit damage. Console commands do not work, so I dont know what to do.
How to make Justice a Mage?

Justice is a warrior, albeit a dead one. You can't make him a mage unless there's some mod for that.

and anyway, even if you would make him a mage he won't be a spirit warrior anymore
