Hi guys, I got a new flash drive for cheap due to a sale recently, and I want to backup my ME2 saves.
Problem is, when I do, I can not copy, but I can move. My question is, can I move all my chars into the flash drive, pop it into my PC, COPY it onto the PC, then pop it back into my box, then move it all back?

Hm...I remember seeing a thread asking something similar (backing up the HDD) in the general board a short while back so it might be worth checking out there.
What I do know is that ME2 uses a copyright system that does not allow you to copy the file, as you have found out. My gut feeling is that the system would still be in place even if you move the file onto the PC.
The character creation boards have mentions of mods and stuff there. I would suggest you check out some of those threads there to see if there are any definitive answers from the people who know a lot more of that stuff than I do here.
