Yagh Reapers would not exist ever... that is within this 50,000 year cycle.
First of all Reapers only "Reaperize" sentient species that are capable of advancement into interstellar spaceflight. Ironically enough the Council's decision to quarantine the Yagh planet also ensures that the Reapers would not care about the Yagh enough to "Reaperize" their race. This ensures their survival even if the Council species do not survive. Reapers would consider them too primitive to even investigate let alone "Reaperize".
In addition I would like to add that humans were collected from a few different collonies. Freedom's Progress, Feris Fields, Horizon, New Canton... if I am not mistaken possibly more. It is safe to say that the "requirement" for a race to be spacefaring is based on the simple fact that the Reapers may need more individuals to liquidate than one planet could ever offer.
A Yagh Reaper's larval form would look cool... but in all honesty all Reapers end up with the same exoskelletal body..... and the same abilities for the most part. I dont think you could really tell the difference between the Reapers unless you deactivated them while still intact and then proceded to perform a large scale dissassembly / autopsy on their corpses.
