Yep. Her body loosely mimics a human one at best.

Though, I must really question what went through some people's minds when they built that body.

Who are we talking about now? The in-universe creator of that body or the real world ones?

I'd say both.

In that case I find it more disturbing what the guys over at Bioware were thinking, not just the general concept of the sexbot itself but also the idea that it would make for some great storytelling.

As for TIM "using" it, I don't really think there's any need for that given the fact that he gets some with with a different woman on a near daily base.

I agree that it's more disturbing about what Bioware devs were thinking. But I find it disturbing if TIM "use it" too (especially for what you said. From the SB files I though that TIM didn't need it:P).

Well, things like *spoiler*attacking the Citadel and trying to assassinate the Council and declaring curfew on the whole station, attacking Grissom Academy in an attempt to kidnap the biotic students (and kill everyone that aren't "high value targets") and performing experiments on war refugees, which includes indoctrination, caging people up and then lower them into a pit filled with Dragon's Teeth and implanting them with reverse-engineered Reaper tech to turn them into mindless slaves and use them as shock troopers/cannon fodder.*spoiler*

Just to name a few.

And yes, EVA (EDI's body) is pretty much TIM's sex toy, because I doubt a regular infiltration mech would have that kind of "traits"

Well, it's not like it's easy to detect an AI in the system. Their codes probably aren't that different from a VI's.

Considering how dangerous they think Cerberus is, I thought they'd have done a more specific analysis.
Anyway, I'll guess that the Normandy crew doesn't know its nature even after escaping Earth, right?

Just a rumor. The way it was explained to me the two were fighting and crashed a shuttle EDI and Vega are flung from the wreckage and start to fight but the shuttle explodes damaging EDI. She gets up and fights Vega but he destroys her.

It's all just a rumor I was told.  I asked to be told one shocking thing, they chose well but I want to see if someone else heard or came across the same thing.  Of course we'll never really know they're changing the game to make up for the leaks I hear.

Close to reality, but what James crushes with shuttle wasn't EDI at that moment. It was Eva, and she was going to escape with (damn my memory on meds) some sensitive data (?).
