Who else thinks Seryna is actually the youngest of the Dantius Sisters? Nassana has Shepard kill Dahlia in Mass Effect. Two years later in ME2 Seryna Dantius hires (or facilitates) Thane for the assassination of (Nassana) yet another of the Dantius sisters. Serendipty would have it that Shepard once again stumbles onto the fratricidal conspiracy.

Just a thought.

It's probably going to be one of those "rule of three" scenarios. Someone's gonna want Seryna dead and you're gonna be involved somehow. Kind of like punching Al Jilani.

Interesting theory. It implied that Seryna lied to Shepard about her relationship with Nassana (if she is really her sister, I think Nassana would've send some mercenaries to kill her after she fired her).

Probably not relevant but Seryna shares the same VA as Khalisah Al Jilani and Mallene Callis (another slippery Asari; from ME1).

Huh, never noticed that. Nice catch.

This theory have been posted here before. Because it's reasonable.

Could I spare Seryna though? I really dig her silver eye shadow.

I didn't realize that Seryna was a Dantius until today. How do we know that that's her last name? I don't remember it being said.

We don't "know" it, but it would make for a clever twist as she did know the one sent to kill Nassana.

It makes more sense than other theories, like - let's say - the second matriarch Shepard runs into turning out to be Liara's other parent.

You're forgetting Samara, the DA captain, and possibly Councilor Tevos (though I don't really know her age).

There is a slight discrepency there. Seryna tells Shepard that Thane said no one had hired him, that he was doing it on his own, to restore the balance of his life. Seryna does go beyond the call of random-helpful-npc in giving Shepard+Squad a lift and information, and after Thane is recruited she dissapears rather suddenly. We could just say she's lying to Shepard, but that doesn't gain her anything, and its only after Shepard+Crew are on the skycar when she asks if Shepard intends to try and stop Thane. A bit late to be asking that question.

Thane talks about how it was a job, a comission, though he never goes into details as to who hired him. The reason it becomes a bit iffy is because if he was acting on his own will, as Seryna said, "to restore the balance of his life" then that would mean Nassana's death, like the death of the batarians, should be on Thane's conscience because they would be lives he took of his own will. Seryna said one thing, Thane said another.

I wouldn't say it'd be far-fetched to assume Seryna was involved, but Seryna being Nassana's sister... well- Seryna said she used to work for Nassana.. either communications or security. It doesn't seem to fit.

Interesting. I always found it odd that Nassana simply fired Seryna instead of killing her for "knowing too much" - Nassana had no problem killing any of her other workers. And why was Seryna working security? Nassana hires Eclipse as her security guards. Also was interesting how she did disappear and left that message. Seemed a little odd that something like that would be put in. She could have been a simple lead into Thane's quest but she got that little extra.

After siccing Thane AND Shepard on Nassana. I mean, especially considering that no one was crying for Nassana (except for me at the loss of continuity 'cause she wasn't insane in ME1 and the writers made her take teh crazi pillz in ME2) leaving a weird thread like that dangling is just odd.

Except that Samara isn't adressed as such, you never actually meed the DA one and Tevos obviously is much younger.

Given Shepard's total lack of connection to asari politics, she's not going to run into many who address themselves by the title (I also forgot Aria, who's definitely in that age bracket, but doesn't appear or sound that old at all).
