How do I buy DLC?

How do I buy DLCs? I checked "view available content" or whatever in the main menu and nothing appeared. How do
I get the black emporium, exiled prince and other stuff?

Click on "GAMES" on top of this page here, select "official DLC" from the pulldown list, select "Buy Now" for your desired DLC, click on the Mac symbol, and follow the instructions.
