Shepard ain't too much different from Vega.

And he definitely has more muscles then Jacob.

Yes Shep is big enough. If he had too much muscle mass, he couldn't reach back and grab his weapons. They would be falling outta his grip every other time he switched. As to the fem Shep breast question, all I have to say is small breasted women are MUCH sexier than busomy women. There was a comedian who referenced this, cannot recall who, but it is hilarious!

Quoted for truth. But of course not too small, but I think femShep has the right size.

He's fine. I mean, he's not stout, but he has a reasonable built.

Male Shep is fine but FemShep i think could use a little meat on her bones. I'm not saying she should look like Miranda or anything crazy like that but some slightly bigger shoulders would be nice.

Both character models look fine, but a body slider wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. It gives customization options, and that's always a good thing. But, I do dread the idea of seeing people make a Shepard with size G breasts. They're big enough already.

No. Special Operation regs prefer that soldiers be built like swimmers not body builders. The type of crap you see in the first Predator or the Expendables is a gross exaggeration.

Shep definitely should be more muscular and casual look customization should include (for him, Kaidan, Vega and Cortez) "shirtless" and "you can leave your Alliance beret on"  :P

Ew. No. He's already modified and cybernetically enhanced and stuff, he doesn't need to be buffer.

Bigger chest, bigger arms for Shepard and less wrinkles, please, he's not that old.

On the contrary. Muscle size =/= Strength.

I want Shep too look like a Decathlete. Not a body builder.

I would love to be able to change the body build of shep, but we're talking about a lot of model parts then.

Not sure if you're serious. Both Jacob and Vega clearly have more mass than Shepard.

I think we should have options....

I certainly don't want a beefed-up Shepard

@IOnlySignIn

He doesn't have the definition of an endurance athlete to do a decathlon. He's got a traditional boxers build, but has no visible muscle tone to speak of.

No, there's no need for Shep to look like a rediculous cartoon. This isn't Gears.

And they both look like Hollywood freaks, not soldiers.

Exactly. He looks like he eats a lot of junk food. That needs to change.

Fortunately, I am able to justify FemShep's build by including a background hobby for endurance runs (10km and more).

No thanks. Shep's fine as he is.

Shepard looks fine.  He needs to go shirtless and show off some of his tone ab muscles. *drool*

Jacob and Vega have TOO Much muscles.  It turns me off. :D

Shepard in brownish outfit looks bigger than Jacob. At least at the arms. To a degree when it's hard to believe fragile Adept / Engineer / Sentinel decided to spend that many time in gym but not training in corresponding areas.

Would different body shapes available be fine? Of course, the bigger choice the merrier. But price of implementation (considering that all armor and several animations should be done in several copies) to add in fun ratio would be very high.

Actually I think it's FemShep who should be a little more muscular. Bear in mind, I'm not talking female bodybuilder here. Look up Gina Carano for reference.

No. Every dude in Mass Effect is walking around sporting 24 inch pythons and 8 pack abs. Evn the freaking old politicians. Tone it down. Show some hefty guys that don't make it look like 12 hours of excercise daily is mandatory for humanity.

Nah, I like Shepard's body as it is. Sometimes I play male Shepard for the eye candy poetry-in-motion factor. I wouldn't want him to be as big and blocky as some video games portray a leading man.

If you want oversized roiders go play Gears of War. He's fine as he is.
