 I really need help, i played the game normally when it came out, but now i wanted to download all the extra stuff that im entitles too, such as the firewalker pack aswell as other DLC's (katsumi, shadow broker, arrival).

but now the downloads are not completely downloading, they always reach 99% and stop downloading. and please let me be clear this is not a "connection problem" , i can see all the entitled DLC packs that i can download, and the downloads start, then reach 99% and fail. is it due to my region? am i doomed? did bioware region lock the dlc's?
now that i have an american game and an american xbox and im not even in japan anymore are the dlc's locked for me? (i can see them and download them but as i said earlier they always rech 99% and fail) and when i try to redownload them they stay at 99% then i get a message "Cant download "XYZ").

does someone know what to do?

I recall another gamer stating that they needed to get their Gamertag migrated when they moved to another country; again I think it was a different game region (if that makes any sense).

Cases like these are rare, I haven't seen many myself and can't write from experience, but it sounds like you'll have to get the Gamertag migrated. I'm uncertain whether that would solve the problem to be honest. I am also unaware of whether dlcs are region locked, though some regions have access to things others don't.

Migration of Gamertags is a Microsoft thing though, and that's something beyond my knowledge.
