I imagine they weren't designed by the time the comic started getting up together. Besides, it's still Cerberus armor. Just not the ones used in ME3.

Such a shame that it looks better in the comic than it does in the game.

That a first. The first I ever heard someone say this is better when related to comics in the ME universe. Most people think the comics are subpar. I don't really care if its ME fiction I want to know more about the ME universe. What so great about the Cerberus Armor any way in the comic, is it the fully reflective visor?

That's one of them.

And for some reason, I think it makes Shepard look fat. All the logos are annoying too. Why not stamp a sign on the back that says "I'M WITH CERBERUS LOL" while you're at it?

I just hope the comic explains why those things won't be in the game, since it seems they've been cut out. Unless they'll be used in a DLC.

Just thinking off the top of me head the Cerberus armor in ME2 is probably light armor to medium. When I look what the Cerberus troops are using in ME3 it looks like a heavy variant.

The cerberus armor from ME2 is pretty ugly, but in the comic they look nice enough.

I just never liked that you can see Shepard's face through the helmet. It makes it look like his head is in a box. If I'm wearing a full helmet, I want a Master Chief look, where you can't see who's behind the helmet.

Remember also I think this is the artist's interpretation, meaning its probably stylized. But after hearing a few people think it looks nice then I agree too.

If I remember correctly, when Bioware was still brain storming the ME universe they thought about originally allowing soldiers and Shepard to allow visors that covered the face. But got rid of it because they thought it would make it as interactive as talking to a wall. While a have to disagree with that statement and that we don't always need hints that a person is talking like the lights on Spec Ops mask, yeah I agree visors should be reflective or at least you should be able to customize it in ME3 like material for armor.

On the middle of page 3, left side. Is that Garrus' evil twin brother?

Yeah, a bunch of silly humans show up in orange and white spandex, and the average reaction is gonna be "PFFFFFT lol."

They don't call it a paramilitary/terroist group for nothing.

I just realized that the correct pronunciation for Colonel Ashe, is Colonel "@ss".

Fitting.

I swear, every time I saw those pictures I thought they were Batarians.

I mean, 4 eyes slits? Evil red?

Yes, I know the eye-slits don't match up to Batarins, but they don't match to Humans either.

I actually thought the same when I first saw them.

I think they're just going for the Dead Space look, with the glowing eye slots.

I took a picture of a table with a mess of notes from studying for exams. Does that count?

Or maybe I could look at a toilet?

I'm always torn between thinking that glowing eye slots are one of the stupidest conceits of modern sci-fi (Flashlight heads? Really?), versus the part of me that goes 'Glowing Eyes! Cool!'

It's like sunglasses. It wavers between cool and lame depending on who wears them.
