Anyone heard back from EA yet?
Why is the bonusdisc on blu-ray BioWare, since the soundtrack won't work?

Nope. 24 hours later and nothing though there was a note I saw elsewhere that anything regarding DAO we may have to wait up to 48 hours to get a response because of the large backlog of issues.

A friend of mine spoke to the Dragon Age support people and they give him the soundtrack and a free copy of DAO for PC for the inconvenience. I told him about it 24 hours after I had emailed support. I have no response yet and he has the soundtrack. Sort it out Bioware/EA.

Well I'm currently 4th in the que waiting to speak to a rep. Should have my sound track download starting in a few mins. Online chat that is. 2nd in que now.

Look at the bottom of this page under help and click "DA Customer Support" if you then login and select "email us" there is a live chat option. It puts you in a que and tells you how long you'll be waiting. I waited about 10 mins.

I've had to download the EA Download Manager software and they have given me access to the digital download version of the soundtrack

lucky you, I still can't see the soundtrack download but I can download the game if I want to, which tbh I don't. So I've got nowhere.
I have to say also, the support people are very rude, that's twice I've spoken with them and twice they've been desperate to get rid of me.

ah yea. Well the chat got no where since mine was second hand when i got it. I guess i'll send them the bill when i order the blu ray drive. Because really simple fix that doesn't include PSN or anything like the sort. Just set up for a soundtrack download and allow download from the site. Just send in the code you use to register the game.

You need to wait because you will need the UPC code/Serial number/whatever the heck its named in your part of the world off the back of the box.
I got mine no problem once EA actually responded to the issue.

I spoke to them via Live Chat and have received my download for the soundtrack, the wallpaper and the Digital Deluxe edition of Dragon Age for PC. Took a long while though.

I am lucky enough to own a laptop with a blu-ray player. For those people who opened the package and saw a bonus blu-ray it may not have been instantly a problem as, like me, they may have thought they could just use it in the ps3. The problem arises because the bonus disk with not actually run on a PS3 (for the soundtrack) it says to put the disk in a computer to access the music. for me this is not a problem, but for others this will be a big issue.
I think this may get sorted but I do not know how. Maybe if you contact EA as the Bioware mod says, they will send you the MP3 files(Providing you can prove you own the game of course!)
