Since the patch changed blood magic conversion items to .25 additional mana per health point do I benefit from using equipment that leaves me with a conversion rate that contains a fraction or do I need to equip items to get to whole numbers. For example if I equip four armor items that gives me +1 mana per health, if I then equip two accesory items (ring of transitional power and talisman of saarebas) it would give me +1.5 mana per health but will the game recognize this when it drains my health or does it only work with +1 or +2 (or would it round +1.75 to 2) etc.?

Also with the talisman of saarebas, since it says +2 health regen rate does that mean my hawke can actually heal some on his own with blood magic active (not exactly sure what the "immune to conventional healing" effect includes beyond potions or healing spells)?

1) The game does handle fractions just fine. It only displays things in whole, rounded numbers because the devs thought gamers would find that easier to look at. (No, really. That's the reason they've given on this board). Even one BM item is doing something for you.

2) Regen is regen, not healing, it works fine with BM up. (Standing a blood mage next to a spirit healer is a decent way to cast forever.)
