I glad it leaked because they may change it after get respond from their fans who read it and
left alone 'Sex Bot' that really weird for me.

Shepard finds the way to kill the reapers, it is actually a black hole gun that can kill reaper fleets. However, he needs to dissolve his body and have computers read his DNA to find the schematics for the weapon. Also, a giant Prothean fleet from Andromeda comes just in time to save the humans, but not in time to save Shepard from being dissolved. His consciousness is downloaded into Legion, so he is now one of the 1080 minds in the geth frame. It turns out Kasumi is a guy.

The endings are bad. All of them have been brought up on the BSN multiple times.

I heard a rumor Kai Leng is Shep and shep is Kai Leng in a kinda bizarre body swap cerberus mind altering plot. I also heard Miranda is a guy, and Zaeeds face was constructed out of sheps remains.
