 Hi , new to this but i bought Mass Effect 2 yesterday through Origin 
 
I got a Cerberus code with it but when i enter it i get a message saying its already in use 

any help ?

Rumor was Origin automacatically unlocked the Cerberus items. 
Check here  ==> social.bioware.com/user_entitlements.php

and see if you have the items unlocked that are supposed to go with the code.  If you do, then forget about it and enjoy the game after dl and installing the items.  If you don't, then you will have to contact EA/Origin customer support for help.

Yeah, if it doesn't work, just bug the Origin live chat customer support until they give you one. Same goes with EA game keys that won't activate.

Yep, same thing's been happening to me for months. I got it from the free promotion for DA2

Last time I checked they no longer do live chat for Mass Effect 2 and you have to email them instead.
