Female:

1. Tali Zorah' Vas Normandy

5. Kelly Chambers (Would do more than embrace her if she fell into my arms)

ooooo I wanna make a dislike list too since its just as easy.

Male:
1. TIM (I must be one of the few people that really didn't find TIM that impressive or charming)
2. Emperor Udina (Just reminds me too much of Palpatine)
3. Conrad Verner
4. Jacob Taylor (Found his character to be really dull and just blahh)
5. Urdnot Grunt (The Wrex substitute was painfully stupid and boring)

Female:
1. Ashley Williams (Hating on her for her racist bs and pro-human thoughts)
2. Miranda Lawson (If she isn't the centre of attention she whines and whines, stone cold b as well)
3. Giana Parasini (She annoyed me far too much for me to want to help her)
4. Nassana Dantius
5. Aria T'Loak (Her pride and arrogance will get her killed, hopefully by my hands)

I was going to put Liara as #5 and the Green Asari as #4, but I realized Liara doesn't deserve top 5, after how she was in ME2, how they changed said character

Seems dumb to separate based on gender, but alas...

ALL THE SINGLE LADIES
1. FemShep. Most whupass female protagonist ever.
2. Ashley. Seriously, I never thought I'd like her as much as I do, but there you go.
3. Samara. Honestly deep character, don't get what everyone's problem with her is.
4. Matriarch Aethyta. Hours and hours of entertainment and wisdom.
5. Jack. A drop-dead gorgeous barrel of angsty, psychotic fun that curses as much as I do.
6. Kasumi. I love how cheerful she is.
7. Tali. Adorable, and very human, especially in the second game.
8. Liara. Hated her at first, but she's really grown.
9. Tela Vasir. Total badass, not enough screentime.
10. Aria. Total b*tch, but she's got style.

Honorable mention: Chakwas.

ALL THE BOYS IN THE CLUB
1. Garrus. My crush on this guy knows no bounds.
2. Wrex. I mean, seriously, what a badass, what a bro.
3. Mordin. One of the most well-written and endearing characters I've ever come across.
4. Lorik. Damn, he smooth.
5. Kal'Reegar. What a swell guy, and an ass-kicker, too.
6. Nihlus. Y u die in opening level?
7. Legion. Counting as male because his head looks like a ******.
8. Thane. Not a huge fan of the character, but SWEET JESUS WARP + SNIPING = WIN BUTTON.
9. Saren. For being a total douche, he's pretty suave.
10. Anderson. I'm surprised he made this list, but there you have it.

Honorable mentions: Kirrahe, Joker, Hackett.
