Well, sorry, but it's The Last Guardian for me. I anticipated that game before I even knew Mass Effect, and what little we've seen of it has me 100% assured that it will a worthy successor to Ico and Shadow of the Colossus, who are among my favourite games ever.

There is no voting outside of most anticipated game. Other categories only allow for viewer to select "My Pick" which only goes for statistical purposes. The rest of the categories will be decided by the judges - Advisory Council (25 of them I think) and the winners will be announced on VGA.

Gah, ... damn. They must have used the Bush-Algorithm, ... right as I wanted to vote for DX:HR as best RPG my popup blocked activated and swoop, my mouse hovered above DAII ... so you guys got a free vote on me.
However, since DX:HR was less an RPG than an Action/Stealth TPS hybrid (with lots of RPG elements nonetheless), it is hardly a fair comparision.
DAII got my vote for best song used in a game "I'm not calling you a liar" (beautiful), and the whole soundtrack was pretty good (who am I kidding, although it was a bit rushed as we know, it is still very good, kudos for that!) and it would have been a tight fit if it were available for voting in the score nominations, though I'd most likely still have given DX:HR the edge on that one.
Most anticipated game is, hands down, Mass Effect 3, no contestors in that category for me at least.
As for the best DLC, whilst Arrival was pretty decent, it was nowhere as good as LotSb and thus it was lucky that "The Missing Link" was not nominated, because even though it was veeery poorly implemented (as in, not implemented in the maingame at all, duh) it was the more story immersive and mroe enjoyable DLC for me.
And why the hell is there no BioWare for best studio!?!?

As I said above, there is no voting other than most anticipated. Bioware isn't nominated this year because their only project was DA2 and it is not nominated for GOTY.
