In Mass effect 1 i romanced Liara, in Mass effect 2 I cheated on her and romanced Tali. Then LoTSB dlc came out so I played it post- suicide mission, I reaffirmed the Liara romance at the end of the dlc, yet when I talk to Tali on the normandy it's like that never happened and she's still my LI. I know this happens with all the other possible LI as well.
My question is, Would that mean I have chosen Liara over Tali (or any other LI's for that matter) or will it still be considered cheating when importing to ME3?

About situation with Liara - I have playthrough with attempted threesome in ME1, "fun" with Consort, renegade sex with Jack, romantic dinner with Kelly, Tali, kiss from Gianna and whatever from Shiala, reinstating relationships with Liara, and back to Tali. Planning to do another playthrough and add Miranda to mix.
Edit: achievement idea: "No Skirt Left Behind";)

I'm in the same boat with this but I reaffirmed things before the suicide mission so I guess I technically cheated on Liara with Tali....sh*t....Liara's gonna be pissed....or want a threesome...

I don't know whether that's a problem coming from the game mechanic and how the variables for that are handled internally. Maybe a savegameeditor can help you there. IMO, there are several possibilities.
One being that it'll just be considered as it would be without LOTSB, meaning you went to another LI and ME3 proceeds from there. A second scenario I could think of is similar to the first, but because of what you did in LOTSB it'll be easier to *really* get back together with Liara.
Obviously though, only BW could really tell you what effect this could have. I'm just speculating here

I'm wondering about a similar situation with Jack and Liara. I "cheated" on Liara with Jack in ME2 and was kind of looking forward to seeing the "catfight" in ME3 between the two, however, in LotSB Liara asks about Jack and I made it clear that I was choosing Jack. Now I'm thinking I might not get such a scene because it's been resolved.

Unless you did LOTSB before romancing someone else, it was definitely not cheating. And that is because there is no active romantic relationship between you an Liara before LOTSB. She is fixated with finding her friend and crushing TSB.
As I stated in the thread about supporting polyamorous relationships, I think it is a sold opening for such a storyline. But I am aware that the chance is pretty low. Bioware has only ventured there once before (Jade empire) and it was pretty basic. But still.
