I just formated my pc installed dragon age started the game but non of my dlc are showing up in dowloading page ingame any ides how to fix this...

I believe you have to download all the dlc again.
Go to the "Profile" tab (above Logout tab), then click on "your registered game content." Then use the download option to get the dlc for your PC version of the game.
