I heard there’s a sub-quest where you can re-unite the sisters but I’ve never been able to figure out how to do it. Light of Heavens basically stops talking to me altogether once I recruit her.

It's been a while since I played the NWN2 OC, but as I recall, you can get Joy to come and dance at the Phoenix Tail inn, independently of recruiting Light of Heavens. Technically that counts as re-uniting the sisters, even though neither will speak to the other nor is there an actual sub-quest involving the two.

There is no actual quest; it's a reward for running your Keep in righteous goody-twoshoes fashion. If everthing is honorable and aboveboard, and you've already recruited both sisters, when you go into the Church, Ivarr will greet you at the door and the reuniting scene will commence (alas, no Peaches and Herb tune, though).

Note that having a fence for stolen goods in the Keep will prevent this.

Huh... I never knew that! O.o Makes me want to reinstall NWN2 and load up my save game to see if I can get that scene to trigger.
