This is somewhat off topic, but is there a way I could use both the free shipping code and the 20% off code?
I have to remove one in order to enter another

I didn't ask this in the support case I sent in, but I'd like to know if the discount can be prolonged for people who still have problems up to the fourteenth, as the weekend has passed and I'm still in distress.

Same here, I just ordered something on Sunday and the discount had not counted toward the end purchase.
Btw does anyone know how long it takes for a support case to respond? Never sent one in before thats why I ask, plus I'll be away in about 5 days. :S

The same thing happened to me last night. I was charged the shipping and handling on the end purchase.
EDIT: I sent in my case . Still to soon to expect a reply tho. Im realy hoping to get some answers.
I got my reply. According they fixed it too.

I don't have the luxury of using a credit card and just getting the refund for the shipping later; I have a prepaid Master Card, and my limit is $100. It just seems like that's how people are getting their refunds, and I'm concerned now that it's too late.
It also seems like everybody is getting a reply to their cases within hours. Is mine overlooked because I didn't fill in the items I'm ordering? Because I couldn't figure out how to input multiple.

I saw the promotion on Friday! And was about to make an order now, but I cant find the code! Is the promotion over? If it is, that´s sad. It should be at least to the 24!
