In my case, I wouldnt say "loyalty".NOD-INFORMER37 wrote...
Bioware, you're really starting to test my loyalty here lol.
First you teamed up with EA (lets face it; those cretins are bound to screw up any game series they come in contact with)
Then ME3 gets multiplayer(which may or may not be bad as it seems, we dont know yet)
THEN Jack Wall, the composer for Mass Effect's music gets replaced.(still, may not be a bad thing, but couldnt his departure wait until AFTER the trilogy finishes???)
Now one of the character's voice actors gets replaced. And its fast-talking MORDIN of all of them. Charactors play a main role in Mass Effect games(needless to say, their voice also plays a main role xP) so the replacement better be good. :/
I would say there testing my patience. Hah.
I agree, EA is like Lava, it ruins anything/everything it touches.
Multiplayer. Meh. Im still talking with myself and seeing if I like the idea or not since no one else will listen to my constant ramblings.
ANNNND Zomg the music guy got replaced?
Lawdy tbh
dem foos need sum of mirandas butcheks tbh:pinched:
lol agreed, Bioware you are testing your fans loyalty/patience!
And yeah teh musix guy DID get replaced, by Clint Mansell. :[
It may be good, (check out the "Moon" soundtrack) but still, its like having an awesome subway sandwich and suddenly replacing the chedder cheese with blue cheese. Just aint right. xP
I would be ok with multi, but only as long as us fans get what we need. Yes, NEED.(check petition below comment for some examples). I'm getting worried that it could be crap though mainly for these three reasons;
ME3's Co-op...
•Can't be played locally - yet. "It is definitely on the table as something we might add."
•Won't support user-run servers or offline severs "any time soon".
•Will one day be taken offline - i.e. there is a 'sunset plan'. "Yes, absolutely. We won't be taking the servers down until we realize that there aren't enough players playing to warrant keeping them up and when we do take them down, we will make sure there are options so the players who are playing don't feel abandoned. If anything is a good example, you can see today that Neverwinter Nights is still supported and we've kept a lot of our servers live on it. So I wouldn't be too worried about us taking down the servers any time soon.

Because of the three reasons I put up PLUS the fact the Mass Effect is a single-player driven game in the first place, they better add offline/local capability. And if they do that then the "one day will be taken offline" wont be much of a problem because unlike most multi games, single player games dont have to constantly be connected to the 'net and can be played even if other ppl arent. Same can go with the co-op if they do it right. :/
