In addition to the ones already stated, I really enjoyed the Sacred Ashes gauntlet. It had a nice "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade" vibe to it.

This. Unfortunately it's way too short and way too easy.

I loved the Deep Roads. I don't usually care for long cave dungeon crawls, but the whole thing about what the Deep Roads mean to he Grey Wardens really made it extremely atmospheric for me. Also, I went in without a healer and had a limited amount of potions with me, which made some of the fights absolutely desperate, and that made it all the more poignant. The music, the lighting, the creepy sidequests, Hespith's chilling poem and the Brood Mother, everything.

My other favourite is the Fade, although I felt the NPC dream sequences could've been better (the ones in the book are fantastic).

The Deep roads was awesome. Looked the way I always thought dwarven ruins would. The lead up to Brood Mother (Poem) was super creepy - Full of win. When you see the Archdemon for the first time in the deep roads. Freaking Cool.

My Male City Elf got my first fatality strike when I killed the rapist. Stabbed then cut head off. Sweetness.

Killing the High Dragon, jumping up on its head and giving it the beat down was pure win.

Killing the Archdemon. Got the cinematic kill, then the sacrificial final blow. Way cool.

The Ending. I really liked the ending.

ozrimar and deep roads.

Good political intrigue and dialogue. You get to duel (although I realize duel matches are done to death in rpg's and mmo's). Lots of dark spawn action in the deep roads. Deep raods graphics are pretty cool. Most caves in rpg's are kind of boring. But these caves look cool. And some challenging battles in deep roads too. Taking on 2 mages (and lots of melee/archers) at level 9 (aedican thaig) ain't easy.

Yes it's long, but that's what makes it good. It's varied too which helps with the length. Some actions is in city streets, others are in caves/tunnels.

- The battle cut-scene at Ostagar:  WOW.  What a way to start it off!

- The epically creepy lead-in to the Brood-mother:  Gave me chills.

- The gauntlet:  Something very Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade about this.  Really great.

- The final scene with Zathrian, the Lady and the Werewolves:  It actually choked me up quite a bit.

- The whole package of romancing Alistair:  Enough said.

Pretty much everything after you head to Denerim for the Landsmeet is great. The prison escape in particular is awesome - having my male elf mage seduce a guard was pretty hilarious, though having my roommate walk in and ask what game I was playing that had two nearly-naked guys in prison together really made that whole bit more hilarious. (She bought the game right after...mostly due to naked Alistair.) All the options to have your party rescue you are pretty awesome too.

As far as gameplay goes, I also really love the final siege and most of the boss battles, especially the Broodmother and the Archdemon. The Hespith section of the Deep Roads is amazing as well - the Anvil of the Void was something of a letdown after that, actually; I was hoping for more nightmare fuel.

Although the Deep Roads is long, I found it a lot of fun venturing through them. The environment feels like a true ancient Dwarven underground kingdom taken over by inhabitants of the dark. Sort of like out of an RA Salvatore novel.

yah it does have that feel...though the mines of moria..I mean deeproads does get old on subsequent plays.

The end of the Orzammar quest series.

The part during the Landsmeet where I thought we had everything planned out but was forced to change the plan.

The jailbreak.

The Broodmother.

Running around The Fade as a flaming zombie, pretending I'm Ignus.

In the mage origin, what Jowan does at the end.

In the human noble origin, what happens to the girl you sleep with.

During my second playthrough, realizing that having two Grey Wardens light the beacon was not part of Loghain's plan. He wanted his own men to do it, because he sabotaged the tower. The beacon would never get lit, and that was going to be his excuse for not joining the fight.

And the awesome screenshot I got of me sitting on the archdemon's head with my sword raised.

The entirety of Orzammar and the Deep Roads to me felt like the most worked on part of the game and as a result it is easily my favorite.

Especially when you know you are finally getting close after a long hard slog and you start walking down a corridor and out of nowhere you hear:

"First day they come and catch everyone."

The moment I felt like a real Grey Warden for the first time. The charge of Khazad-Dum errrr... the bridge in the Deep Roads. That was epic. First the cutscene, then meeting the Legion of the Dead, which was awesome. Then bringing the battle to the darkspawn epic style. Hmmm good times.

Ostagar was epic as hell too, plus the last battle.
