You're an even bigger Ash fan than I am, kudos, man. I just have five playthroughs.
At least all of them have Ash as LI, and all of them are loyal like dogs.

Well, I have 4/5 playthrougts with femshep to be honest.
All my femshep remain loyal to Kaidan and Liara however, not because I didn't want to cheat. But, Thane, Jacob, Garrus, that was so bad, I didn't give a damn about them. No Li in M2 deserved my femshep.

Wow:o more then 15...how do you guys do it? Just curious thou, what´s the motivation for having so many?
Testing paragon vs. renegade or different classes, since most of the playthroughs stay loyal to one and the same LI?
I feel kinda puny with my 3 and 4th in progress:P

Haha, for me it's easy. I love mass effect so much. The story, the series.  All my shep have their own story in my mind.
I tried female /male all classes, parangon/ renegade /and neutral as much as possible, and especially did all the choices. possible. I hope, it will matter in M3;

And also, i like the romance, that gives me the desire to try again.

My problem in ME1 was my lack of interest for Lt. Alenko. I don't hate him, he is a nice guy, but Ash is IMO much more interesting (and survived). So it was Liara for FemShep, and Liara or Ashley for Shep.
In 2, I was unfaithful and chose Tali and Garrus, but the Garrus romance feels weird. Even for FemShep, he is more of a soul brother than a LI. So "my" canon is being faithful to Liara. Tried Thane too, but Kepral, so probably short-term.
Tali, on the other hand, is great. My badasses always prefer energetic and happy girls. In KOTOR, I never romanced Bastila because I felt like Mission was far better (had she been older).

To sum it up :
FemShep : Liara vs Liara/Thane
MaleShep : Liara/Ash vs Tali

Unfortunately(?) Bioware seems to love appealing to my romantic side and those sweet, if not a little boring, male LI prevent me from being a **** and ever cheating/breaking their heart. (Alistair, Kaiden I'm looking at you)

My cannon run through sticks with Kaiden, even though I wanted to reach in the screen and beat him upside the head on Horizon.
And my male run through was with Liara and then kinda cheated with Samara, he just has a thing for asari.
But I have a bunch of other run throughs with other LI's and I think Im interested to see how my renegade Shep is gonna handle watching Miranda and Ash when the inevitable (hopefully) confrontation happens when Ash finds out that she was cheated on.

I take your point, but she's the woman who brought a human back from death. I'd say she'll be able to fix it herself if she puts her mind on it. Or she uses a technological process to circumvent the issue. Anyway, I'm fine with any scenario that doesn't canonically exclude this possibility. It's not that I want my Shepard to have children with her, necessarily. I only want the universe to remain open to the possibility. But whatever comes, Miranda will remain my primary LI. 

Besides that, in my case it's the other way around: Ash is my primary choice, Miri my secondary. My Shep doesn't cheat on Ash, but will try to get a playthrough without romanced Ash + romanced Miranda. Guess you should try Ash!LI at least once, from ME1 -> ME2 -> ME3 without cheating - for full experience.

I'll try, believe me. But it's sooo hard. I have two none->Miranda games but so far no Ashley->none game.

Loyal to Liara in 2 playthrough
"Cheated" on Liara with Tali in 2 and rekindled the relationship. Expecting love triangle in ME3
Got with Tali in one and became friends with Liara in LotSB

I've never had a playthrough with Miranda, Jack, or Ashley. I'll probably try some time.

If I ever make a Fem Shep she'll be loyal to Garrus.

In 1 the romance was with Liara, and in 2 with Tali. Considering that in LoTSB Liara acknowledged the relationship with Tali and I chose for us to break up with no hard feelings, I assume there will be no fight or argument.

Unless Bioware pulls a Conrad on us.

I think it depends on the person and the Shepard they're playing.  For some people, clearly including your Shep, it wouldn't be cheating.  For others, including my canon Shep, it would.  Ultimately, though, we've heard Bioware refer to it as "cheating," so it's useful shorthand for the phenomenon even if we don't agree.  I think that dropping those turian councilor-style quotation marks around it should suffice as a reference to our lack of agreement, by the way, since we're referring to what Bioware calls "cheating" without necessarily calling it that ourselves.

My maleshep cheated on Ashley with Miranda (he will choose Miranda in ME3).
FemShep #2 cheated on Liara with Garrus (Garrus didn't survive the suicide mission, but I don't know if Liara wants her back:lol:)

She wouldn't even help me save the galaxy from the Collector threat and instead chose to whine about Cerebus 'attacking' human colonies even though she just watched a bunch of giant alien cockroaches abduct half a human colony ( heck, she almost got taken herself before I saved her sorry ass ).

Whatever I chose to do after I left her sorry @ss on Horrion is none of her god damn bussiness.

There's always the possibility that she doesn't want to "fix" herself. She was a lot of fulfillment from her work with Cerberus. It's quite literally her dream to do the work she's been able to do. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if the though has never even crossed her mind before.

In my favorite save Shep stayed faithful to Liara.
I also have sheps romancing Garrus and Tali, but neither went for anyone in ME.
The only save i have with a cheat is Sheploo who first did Ash then Miri. Oh, and Kelly.

I'd never cheat and didn't want to break Ashley's heart...so, when Jack came around, I changed history. I went back and made a new save to import into ME2 in which Shepard had no love interest...DON'T JUDGE ME! D:< We make promises. Life makes liars. v_v

Got a number of Sheps with some coming in single, some cheating and one faithful. Leaning towards importing Infiltrator Shepard who romanced Liara and then dumped her for Miranda. I'll probably delete the other saves unless the game turns out to be much better than i'm currently expecting.
